Fulfillment Policy

We are committed to delivering efficient photo and video content. Here's what to expect:

Booking & Scheduling

Media services are confirmed upon scheduling, typically with 24–72 hours' notice. A booking email will follow confirmation.

Turnaround Time

Photos: 24–48 hours post-shoot
Videos: 3–5 business days, depending on scope
Rush delivery available for an extra fee.

Delivery Method

All media is delivered via private download links or preferred platforms, with email access when ready.

Revisions & Edits

Photos include standard edits; videos feature one round of revisions unless stated. Additional revisions may incur fees.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with 24+ hours' notice at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Weather-related changes are free.

Deposits & Prepaid Sessions

Some bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which can be credited to a rescheduled session within 30 days.

Refunds on Delivered Work

No refunds after delivery. Contact us within 5 business days for issues.

Abandoned Projects

If we do not hear from you within 30 days post-delivery or mid-production, the project will be closed and non-refundable.
